Frequently Asked Questions

It is for everybody. After our last year’s mental health conference many people have come to realize for themselves and others what trauma is and how has it affected their lives in many ways including their physical health, mental, emotional health, relationship with others, as well as their spiritual life. We all have been through some kind of trauma (s) no matter whether it happened to you directly or indirectly, in the past or currently, consequentially we have been impacted by it in one way or another. Last conference has been eye opening and inspiring to many including individuals, professionals, leaders, caregivers, ministers, parents, teachers, etc. That’s why we decided to continue our mental health conference in 2023 with new speakers and topics, also Spiritual Formation, and Mandarin program.

We are planning an experience with 8 to 9 speakers each day. In order to provide the most value, we are planning for each speaker to focus on their best teaching and deliver that in an impactful 30-60 minute session. Each session will give you wall-to-wall value and you’ll be able to hear from more voices across the faith and mental health community.

Absolutely. We want this event to be instructional, influential, and transformational.

Sharing with your group or team and inviting them to this wonderful conference can be one of the ways to show your care. Some groups or teams are putting it on the big screen in the sanctuary, so there’s ample space for a group of people to watch together. If you’re all remote, encourage every individual to sign-up today for their own registration.

You can look forward to interviews, presentations, heart-felt personal stories, panel discussions, and learn some guided practices. Since each day’s videos are available for 48 hours, you can choose to watch different videos and replay them as many times as you want within 48 hours. You can skip around the sessions, pause, rewind, and make sure it works with your schedule.

If this is your first time attending this kind of online mega-conference, please have your digital devices such as computer, laptop, iPad, and WiFi ready, also a notebook in hand if you need to jot down some important things that you’ll learn through the conference days.

Since its a trauma, suffering, and mental health related conference, inevitably there will be some topics that might relate to you or people you know, so please take good care of yourself by having enough sleep, drinking plenty of water, pausing when you need rest during the conference day, also reaching out to the FB community group to share your experiences, contacting your therapist if you need to.

Each training session can be accessed by registrants for up to 48 hours. New sessions will be added to the conference after 48 hours. This allows you to maintain your life and still find time to catch each of these amazing presentations.

After the two-week free trial, you may elect to join the membership in an All-Access Pass which will grant you access to all conference presentations at a low monthly payment to empower you to take action and continue in what you are learning!

No, currently we don’t offer a certification program or CEUs for professionals, but we are considering creating one that would likely incorporate both conference sessions and other learning materials, to create a program and accreditation that gives people the knowledge and skills we’d want to impart.

We’re gathering input from people about interest in a trauma, mental health, and personal growth coaching certification program. If we get enough interest, we’ll plan to put that together and let you know once it’s available.

With the free registration, you’ll have a full 48 hours of daily sessions for 5 days on September 4~8, 2023, to watch that day’s sessions (starts from 10 am U.S. Central Standard Time) before they are tucked away in the private members’ area for our Membership Pass holders.

You’ll receive a reminder or two in the days leading up to the event, then on the morning of each day of the event, you will receive an email providing you with a link to watch that day’s conference sessions.
